I have been contemplating getting my hair transplant for few years, and I am glad I waited. The technology has vastly improved and Dr Serkan's clinic is where I am glad I landed. His staff and and the whole experience was exceptional from the consultatation, the procedures, and the results so far are what I have expected. Thank you to the operation team for their kindness and meticulous work. I could not be happier. I will post before and after pictures at the 3 months mark, but so far I am excited about the final outcome. Here are current today and before pictures at day 18 after surgery.

Very positive experience with Smile Hair Clinic from start to finish. Communication before my trip was clear and fast, the team was professional and caring on the day of the procedure, and the aftercare/follow-up has been excellent. At around the 3-month mark I’m already seeing clear signs of new growth, minimal folliculitis, and the redness has been gradually fading. I feel well guided and confident about the final result. Getting a hair transplant is a really big deal. There’s a lot of coordination and research and planning that went into my hair transplant operation. And smile hair clinic was exceptional in their communication and setting expectations as well as making sure that I was happy and comfortable. I initially had a friend who introduced me to smile and had great results so I flew to Turkey and moved forward with the procedure. I was amazed at their level of professionalism and care for my client experience. They answered all of my questions and before my trip sent me content and frequently asked questions which helped me feel more comfortable in making the trip and having the procedure. I had 4300 grafts and the entire process took about seven hours. Their post operation care has also been tremendous. I don’t give out reviews very often, but I would highly recommend smile hair clinic if you are considering a hair transplant.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Serkan Aygın Clinic in Istanbul and I highly recommend them. In summer 2024 I started researching hair transplant options in Turkey and requested multiple offers. Although this clinic was about €1,500 more expensive than another clinic my brother and a friend used, I chose Dr. Serkan Aygın based on a recommendation from someone who had a much better result. I preferred paying more for quality. I first contacted Alexandra (Romania representative) in early October. She was professional, honest, and very clear in answering all my questions—no unrealistic promises. After reviewing my photos, the clinic estimated around 4,200 grafts. I arrived in Istanbul on December 1, 2024 and everything was well organized: airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and clear instructions. The clinic itself is modern, very clean, and professional. A big thank you to Geanina (Romanian representative from clinic), who stayed with me the entire time—including during the procedure—translated everything, and explained all steps and aftercare in detail. The surgery took around 7.5 hours, with 4,800 grafts implanted. The team was large, well coordinated, and very attentive. After the procedure, I received medication instructions and detailed recovery guidance. After returning home, I sent monthly progress photos for follow-up. At month 11, the clinic offered a warranty return to densify the front area (800–1,000 grafts), with me paying only hotel and transfers. I returned on January 25, 2026, and the doctor decided to perform a much larger densification—over 3,000 grafts—at no additional cost. They even assigned me the same team as my first surgery, and the staff remembered my case very well. This second procedure was about 6.5 hours and they implanted 3,550 grafts. Overall, the organization, cleanliness, staff professionalism, follow-up, and especially the warranty support were outstanding. If you want a serious clinic with good communication and strong aftercare, I can confidently recommend Dr. Serkan Aygın Clinic. I’ve included a few photos where you can see how I looked before the surgery, after the first year, and one week after the second procedure!

9 months review: the progress is better. And the frontline looks natural. The rear area is not filled yet. Chinara follows up with you even if forget :). 6 months update: the progress looks good. Hair is thickening and bold areas are filling bit by bit. Photos added. More progress to be seen every day. Overall satisfied with the results. Continuous follow up from chinara. 1 day after operation: I am a very picky person. I did research for several months and talked to more than 20 centres all over turkey and read all their reviews (beware of fake reviewers). I chose Clinicana because of 3 main things: 1.excellent reviews (i even asked Chinara about the bad reviews and she explained for me case by case). 2. Procedure done at luxury and famous hospital (Acibadem) and not at a clinic (all staff are super nice and the standards are super high like 5 stars hotel). 3. Doctor Rawad and chinara explained everything step by step, and they were realistic and did not exaggerate with expectations. Dr rawad follows the case by himself. Chinara is a SUPER lady, always there to answer any question with a smile. You cant imagine the amount of details she provides. She welcomed me and stayed with me until the operation time. And she is not trying to sell you touristic tours as others did. I took the basic package with no hotel, but chinara even tried to help finding me an hotel that is close. The prices are fixed and when u come u will notice that it is worth it and well deserved with the amount of effort they do. I did the operation yesterday and i was very satisfied with the procedure. Only pain for 10 mins during anesthesia injections. I will wait for the results in 6 months. No hidden costs and not trying to rub you! That is very important so you dont feel they are taking advantage of you. They provided shampoo, lotion, special hat, and 5 medications for free.

The best investment I made at the age of 40 was going to the Smile Hair Clinic to get a hair Transplant done!!! Good morning, today, January 19, 2026, I'm pleased to share my transplant results. It's been over 9 months. I'm very satisfied and even more anxious to achieve 100% growth, especially as the work is completed. My case is grade 6 baldness, so it's very extensive, and I was planning on two treatments from the beginning to cover the entire area. The post-op process went very well, very smooth and uneventful, with no adverse events. Therefore, I'm completely satisfied with the results achieved so far and with the progress made after the procedure. I'm completely satisfied with myself. At 66, this year I feel significantly better about my appearance. Again, I wish I could have done it sooner. I had my hair transplant at Vera Clinic in Istanbul on January 2nd and I am genuinely impressed. The level of care, professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. The clinic is extremely clean, modern and aesthetically beautiful (11/10 for cleanliness), and the entire medical team deserves a 12/10 for how they treat patients. I had 4580 grafts transplanted, which required proper planning and an individual strategy. What really stood out to me was the personalised approach — they consider your head shape, hair structure and future styling. In my case they even avoided extracting grafts from areas that could later affect the natural direction of the hair due to a slight occipital indentation. That shows real experience. My case was medically complex because I have SUSSAC syndrome, which involves immunology, long-term medication and an increased risk of bleeding. Two clinics refused to operate on me, and others avoided discussing medical details. Vera Clinic was the only one that prepared a proper medical protocol including IV steroids, PRP and medication adjustments. Despite the increased risk, the procedure went extremely well and, surprisingly, my healing was even better than many healthy patients — proof that proper preparation matters. The surgery took around seven hours and the channels were opened by the professor personally, which for me was crucial because angle and direction determine naturalness. Throughout the procedure I felt safe and well cared for — the team worked in shifts, everything was sterile, calm and efficient. The support continued after the surgery with daily guidance and instructions. I never felt left alone at any stage. If they asked me to pay an extra €1000 for this level of care, I genuinely would. Professionalism, safety and individual approach matter more than anything. I sincerely and confidently recommend Vera Clinic.

I had my hair transplant done at Cosmedica about a month ago. The whole experience has greatly exceeded my expectations. Everything went smoothly from the initial consultation, booking the appointment, transportation from and to the airport, hotel arrangement and eventually the procedure. Everything was very professional, from the very first conversation with the consultant to the postoperative support. Dr. Cinik personally saw me the day before the operation and again on the day of the procedure. Three months ago, I packed up my receding hairline and headed to Turkey for a hair transplant with Smile Hair Clinic. I’m happy to report both I and my hairline returned in better condition than when we left. From the moment I booked, the whole experience felt reassuringly professional. This review is coming after an year since I did the hair transplant on December 2024. Vera clinic changed my confidence level and you can see it from the photos. Traveling all the way from Montréal, Québec (Canada) to Istanbul is not a small decision, but even with the distance, I genuinely don’t regret choosing Smile Hair Clinic. 6 months post FUE transplant to top (tonsure) area and front. Had approx 5000 grafts done. Went to Elithair on the recommendation of two friends from home (Ireland) who both had great results. Pick up from the airport and greeting at the clinic plus info provided there was superb. I was really unsure and nervous about having the procedure but the clinic were first class. Had Sally (interpreter) there to make sure I was satisfied with all the info and answer all my questions / concerns. She was really reassuring and did a great job. Accommodation was basic but exactly what you want with a hospital bed in situ making the first night sleeping slightly upright after the procedure as comfortable as you could ask for. Procedure itself was so professional and well organised. The guys performing the procedure were really efficient and made the experience feel much less nerve wracking than it might have been. Only painful part was the initial injections to numb everything and after that you don’t feel too much at all. I had a headache for a few days afterwards but a small price to pay for a result that I’m absolutely delighted with. Couldn’t recommend this clinic high enough. I am only 6 months after the transplant and they say it keeps improving up to 12 months for the front and up to 18 months for the tonsure area. I also take finasteride 2-3 times a week 1.25mg dose, use regaine foam twice daily and had some post operative PRP once a month for the first 6 months. Some before and after pics attached.

I had a hair transplant surgery three months ago in Cosmedica clinic. Everything was organised at high level including transfer from the airport and hotel stay during the procedure. My surgery was split in two days as more than 5000 grafts needed to be transplanted, with first day including blood test, consultation with doctor and major part of the surgery. Surgery went smooth and painless apart from anaesthesia part which only took around 10 minutes, I even managed to sleep for the most part of the surgery. After three months the results are already visible and astonishing even though I was told that I need to wait at least six months for the first good results. I had the best experience with Cosmedica. I’m so glad I decided to go for them once I had chosen to get a new hairline through a hair transplant surgery. I must admit, I was initially skeptical about handling everything through WhatsApp – from the first contact to booking the procedure. However, my worries turned out to be completely unnecessary. As a Canadian looking into international options for a hair transplant I was obviously very timid leaving to country for the first time to do a medical operation. The whole process is kinda scary to wrap your head around. I chose Vera clinic originally because they do package deals and not a per graph price point. Most places I contacted said I’d need 2 operations(including Vera), so my thought was to try a cheaper clinic that does packages and need be, if it doesn’t turn out I can go somewhere else to fix and fill in crown with second operation. So through results and price and availability I ended up choosing Vera clinic. They have been very communicative throughout the first message gathering options to now 6 months post op, any questions they’d have an answer within a day (time change) so it was fairly quick. They had everything planned out and executed as they said they would. Fast forward to in person Expirience. They picked me up from the airport at midnight turkey time and got me to my hotel easy, next day 8am was procedure. Day of procedure was very fast a quick, nerves are flowing not knowing what to expect. Within 1 hour they meet with you, check hair density and draw hairline with the main doctor. You then go to sign paperwork and make the payment (bring cash they charge crazy fees for credit cards) after that they take you to get changed, shave your head, take blood work and take a Xanax with a juice box (15-20 minutes). From there straight to the operation room, after anaesthesia shots I passed out and slept through the whole thing as I was super jet lagged. Half way they woke me up to eat and do other half of operation. When I woke up at the end I was very cold and they helped get me situated and went through the night time and aftercare process. The next day you go back to the clinic for a wash and I did the hyperbaric chamber package and did that. They then run through all aftercare you need for the success of the hair transplant. They then tried upselling some product for after care but I declined as I can get that stuff much cheaper back home in Canada. After that they asked if I wanted to do an interview which I gladly did and they gifted me 6 months supply of hair serum which was really cool as I think the stuff worked pretty well. Throughout the last 6 months they’ve been wanting me to leave a review but I was waiting until 6 months post op so I can be as transparent and honest with anyone interested. After giving me all the information, I went to their branch in Istanbul and had the procedure done. They had a lot of staff. They were all very good, practical and friendly. At the beginning of 2025, I contacted several clinics in Turkey about my hair loss and baldness. Several clinics refused to perform the procedures after seeing my photos. They believed that I had a small donor area and a large area of baldness. However, after discussing my situation with the Nimclinic staff we agreed on an operation in February. From the initial meeting at the airport to the procedure itself, everything was smooth and without any issues. The next day after the hair transplantation the scalp was washed and instructions were given to me on how to care for scalp and hair. As a result, 8 months after the transplant, the my hair was growing well, and the areas where they had bald patches were becoming covered with thick hair. Good afternoon, last year I went through a very difficult time with excessive hair loss. Initially, she suggested Sapphire FUE rather than DHI due to the number of grafts I would need, but she also shared that Hermest’s patented Unique FUE method has the highest reported success rate (99%). I ultimately chose the Unique FUE Premium Package, which included stem cell therapy and a 3-night stay. The package cost around $1,200–$1,400 more than Sapphire FUE, but since I was traveling all the way from NYC, I didn’t want to risk regretting my choice. My second hair transplant. First one was done in Canada and here in EsteNove they did a better job on the hair line than transplant that was done in Canada. Dr. Zafer is ver nice and patient guy. I would come back to this clinic again. Lasted 6 hours, 3000 grafts from the back and 500 from the beard. I am very happy with the hairline. I hate when I see how other clinics do zig zag hair line. That is ugly. EsteNove does it natural way. The only thing that I did not like was Dedemont hotel, do not stay there, place is a shithole. Thank you EsteNove.

Travelling from Australia and had my Hair and beard transplant in March. My experience with Sule Clinic was fantastic! Flew into Turkey on Sunday Night and was able to do my surgery on a Monday morning 7AM. Airport transfer was a little disorganised as we were waiting for so many other clients to arrive from all over the world. The Clinic has included a package deal with Windsor and/or Ramada Hotel. Would highly recommend staying at the Raddison Residences Avrupa as its location to the Clinic is closer + you have restaurants, pharmacy and supermarket downstairs. Trust me you'll need snacks and food to keep you on track with a great recovery. Hotel rooms include a kitchen, fridge/freezer, lounge area, washing machine, Netflix on TV and Gym and Sauna. Highly recommend if you have another person coming with you as the Windsor rooms are just way too small and limited facilities around it. The Staff at Sule Clinic are lovely! They have so much experience it felt like a well oiled machine. Sule was incredible to meet! She is truly a professional and very kind to her staff. Overall experience was great! I cannot say enough positive about this experience. I'm 56 years old and had accepted the hair loss already experienced and knowing it would continue. Through the encouragement of a family member, I decided to make it happen. I already had a trip planned to France so everything worked out to tag this experience to the end of that trip. From the accommodations (hotel, transport service, etc.) to the actual surgery, everything was top shelf. I was greeted with a translator once I arrived at the hospital and the process could not have been smoother. Dr. Cetinkaya is highly skilled and wonderful to work with. He also had a sense of humor which was nice while going through this process. The anesthesia was the worst part of the procedure. It was painful but didn't last too long...and was far worth the final results. I experienced swelling down to my eyes after surgery, especially during my flight back to the US. Again, it's just part of the process so go in knowing what could happen. I elected to use stem cells which I believe in. Can't prove they helped but I believe in them based on my past experiences with shoulder issues. That, along with being extremely disciplined with after care, I am ecstatic at the six month results. Wanted to wait a while to give my review. I am mixed Asian decent age 29 from Washington state and I traveled to Turkey in September of 2020. The first two photos are before the transplant had some receding and thinning hair on top. The other two photos are after about a year and 3 months. Some say you need to wait about 18 months to see full results. I am pretty happy with the before and after. It cost about 3k without flight. I opted for the additional pain relief shots. Glad I did! The hotel was included very nice one at that. They shuttle you to the center and the interpreter spoke good English. At first I was skeptical as it took a while for my hair to grow after the transplant but I am happy I did it. The whole process felt safe. Over all I’d do it again. I wouldn’t go in expecting miracles but it really did help my hair. I am also using Hims pills finestride daily. Tried minoxidil for a while didn’t like it as I lost more hair on minoxidil after I got lazy and quit. I do believe the hair transplant is the only real permanent solution. One thing that’s weird is that my hair was normally straight but it now curls a bit at the end. Nothing crazy just needed to learn to style somewhat curlier hair. UPDATE:Stopped using Hims. Killed the boner. Not worth the side affects. Would rather just get another hair transplant instead of finestride. Travel tip: if you go to the famous mosques their they are beautiful but their will be a lot of rug sales men and scammers looking for tourists. I didn’t like that part. I did really like the grand bazaar though one of the oldest shopping malls in the world.k

Getting a hair transplant by Dr Cinik has been the best thing I’ve ever done. As you can see from the photos the results have been incredible and I’m really happy. Photos are from beginning to 12 months. I was heavily receded on the front and the middle was thinning rapidly. About 90% of growth has been achieved. I’m from the UK and went with a friend. Transfers from airport to clinic were seamless and hotel is just down the road. I was a bit nervous but I knew it had to be done. The procedure itself was great, in a room with 2/3 members of staff who look after you. I’m not going to lie the injections to numb the scalp were bloody painful, but once that’s done it’s absolutely fine. Took about 8 hours with 4,500 grafts. It was hard sleeping the first few nights but you do get used to it and after the 2 week period I actually found myself having to get used to sleeping flat and on my side again. The first 2 weeks drag but once you get to remove the scabs (which is the best thing ever!) see photo which is just after removing them, time starts to move quicker. I would say 4 months was the time for me which I felt like I had a good hairline and the transplant was no longer noticeable. I have been taking Finasteride every other day without any side effects, will probably go onto minoxidil once I run out of tablets to give my body a rest. Feel so much more confident now and now my only dilemma is what hairstyle to have haha! The only drawback which certainly shouldn’t put you off getting it done is they are very pushy for reviews. From month 1 they wanted me to write a review and asked me at every check in. I told them I would do it after a year and the full results are through. As I would want to know the end result in a review not one month in! Bit annoying but obviously not connected to the results of the procedure.

I recommend this clinic!!! I had a hair transplant on 15.10.2024 at this Clinic. About 2 months ago I contacted this Clinic and was taken over by Ms. Oana. Since then I have been talking to her, I made the appointment and she gave me all the information. I want to say that everything she told me happened, without exception. I was picked up from the airport, accommodated in a 4* hotel for 3 nights and then during the entire stay transferred between the hotel and the clinic and back to the airport. The intervention lasted about 7 hours, the intervention itself was not painful, only the anesthesia, the rest was bearable. You have to be patient, but the girls who do the sampling and implantation are also very patient. After the intervention I felt good, the next day I walked around Istanbul all day and I didn't feel anything. I should write a lot to tell you that the whole experience was very good and I am very satisfied with the services offered by this Clinic. I especially thank Oana for all the support she gave, she is very involved, empathetic, professional and nice. I recommend this Clinic from the bottom of my heart. And the price is very good. Of course I will come back with the results because in the end that is what counts The first picture is from immediately after the intervention and the second from the 5th day… now I have peeling that should disappear on the 10th day I come back with a review now after 3 months since the implant and I can say that I am satisfied with the result, especially since from what I understand the results are only starting to be seen from now on, and in the coming months it will be even better
