I have been contemplating getting my hair transplant for few years, and I am glad I waited. The technology has vastly improved and Dr Serkan's clinic is where I am glad I landed. His staff and and the whole experience was exceptional from the consultatation, the procedures, and the results so far are what I have expected. Thank you to the operation team for their kindness and meticulous work. I could not be happier. I will post before and after pictures at the 3 months mark, but so far I am excited about the final outcome. Here are current today and before pictures at day 18 after surgery.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Serkan Aygın Clinic in Istanbul and I highly recommend them. In summer 2024 I started researching hair transplant options in Turkey and requested multiple offers. Although this clinic was about €1,500 more expensive than another clinic my brother and a friend used, I chose Dr. Serkan Aygın based on a recommendation from someone who had a much better result. I preferred paying more for quality. I first contacted Alexandra (Romania representative) in early October. She was professional, honest, and very clear in answering all my questions—no unrealistic promises. After reviewing my photos, the clinic estimated around 4,200 grafts. I arrived in Istanbul on December 1, 2024 and everything was well organized: airport pickup, hotel accommodation, and clear instructions. The clinic itself is modern, very clean, and professional. A big thank you to Geanina (Romanian representative from clinic), who stayed with me the entire time—including during the procedure—translated everything, and explained all steps and aftercare in detail. The surgery took around 7.5 hours, with 4,800 grafts implanted. The team was large, well coordinated, and very attentive. After the procedure, I received medication instructions and detailed recovery guidance. After returning home, I sent monthly progress photos for follow-up. At month 11, the clinic offered a warranty return to densify the front area (800–1,000 grafts), with me paying only hotel and transfers. I returned on January 25, 2026, and the doctor decided to perform a much larger densification—over 3,000 grafts—at no additional cost. They even assigned me the same team as my first surgery, and the staff remembered my case very well. This second procedure was about 6.5 hours and they implanted 3,550 grafts. Overall, the organization, cleanliness, staff professionalism, follow-up, and especially the warranty support were outstanding. If you want a serious clinic with good communication and strong aftercare, I can confidently recommend Dr. Serkan Aygın Clinic. I’ve included a few photos where you can see how I looked before the surgery, after the first year, and one week after the second procedure!

9 months review: the progress is better. And the frontline looks natural. The rear area is not filled yet. Chinara follows up with you even if forget :). 6 months update: the progress looks good. Hair is thickening and bold areas are filling bit by bit. Photos added. More progress to be seen every day. Overall satisfied with the results. Continuous follow up from chinara. 1 day after operation: I am a very picky person. I did research for several months and talked to more than 20 centres all over turkey and read all their reviews (beware of fake reviewers). I chose Clinicana because of 3 main things: 1.excellent reviews (i even asked Chinara about the bad reviews and she explained for me case by case). 2. Procedure done at luxury and famous hospital (Acibadem) and not at a clinic (all staff are super nice and the standards are super high like 5 stars hotel). 3. Doctor Rawad and chinara explained everything step by step, and they were realistic and did not exaggerate with expectations. Dr rawad follows the case by himself. Chinara is a SUPER lady, always there to answer any question with a smile. You cant imagine the amount of details she provides. She welcomed me and stayed with me until the operation time. And she is not trying to sell you touristic tours as others did. I took the basic package with no hotel, but chinara even tried to help finding me an hotel that is close. The prices are fixed and when u come u will notice that it is worth it and well deserved with the amount of effort they do. I did the operation yesterday and i was very satisfied with the procedure. Only pain for 10 mins during anesthesia injections. I will wait for the results in 6 months. No hidden costs and not trying to rub you! That is very important so you dont feel they are taking advantage of you. They provided shampoo, lotion, special hat, and 5 medications for free.

The best investment I made at the age of 40 was going to the Smile Hair Clinic to get a hair Transplant done!!! After months of research, my best friend and I went together and the experience, care, efficiency of the smile hair clinic team was truly amazing! It's been 2 years since the transplant and I am so happy with the results and growth!! Highly recommended!! Super impressed! Well I did it again! Had a fantastic experience getting a hair transplant at Sule a few weeks ago, and am so excited for my new hair coming in great already! Good morning, today, January 19, 2026, I'm pleased to share my transplant results. It's been over 9 months. I'm very satisfied and even more anxious to achieve 100% growth, especially as the work is completed. My case is grade 6 baldness, so it's very extensive, and I was planning on two treatments from the beginning to cover the entire area. The post-op process went very well, very smooth and uneventful, with no adverse events. Therefore, I'm completely satisfied with the results achieved so far and with the progress made after the procedure. I'm completely satisfied with myself. At 66, this year I feel significantly better about my appearance. Again, I wish I could have done it sooner. Three months ago, I packed up my receding hairline and headed to Turkey for a hair transplant with Smile Hair Clinic. I’m happy to report both I and my hairline returned in better condition than when we left. From the moment I booked, the whole experience felt reassuringly professional. Communication was (and still is) excellent. The WhatsApp group deserves a special mention — detailed, clear, and helpful without ever tipping into “please stop messaging me” territory. Any date changes, questions, or even bringing my partner along were handled smoothly and without fuss. They made the whole process incredibly easy, including help with flights, and once in Turkey they handled all transport. And when I say transport, I mean luxury transport — far superior to anything we call a taxi in the UK. The hotel was basic but clean, modern, and perfectly fine, with decent food and located about three minutes from the clinic. No trekking across Istanbul with a freshly transplanted scalp, thankfully. At the clinic itself, the staff were calm, competent, and instantly put me at ease during the paperwork and prep stages. There was one brief moment where someone seemed a little unsure of what they were meant to be doing, but it was minor and quickly resolved — and honestly, when people are working on your head, you notice everything. The procedure itself was surprisingly uneventful (which is exactly what you want). The injections are painful — no sugar-coating that — but they warn you beforehand, and once they’re done, the rest of the day passes in a bit of a medicated blur. Afterwards, you’re given very clear instructions on how to care for your newly delicate scalp and sent off to rest. Before flying home, there’s a thorough (but not overwhelming) information session on aftercare, what helps growth, what doesn’t, and what to expect — followed by another ride in their very fancy transport back to the airport. Once home, you do need to follow the aftercare advice properly. It’s uncomfortable for a while — itchy, sore, and occasionally making you question your life choices — but Smile Hair Clinic stayed in constant contact. They encouraged regular photo updates, responded quickly with advice, and were genuinely reassuring throughout the healing process. Three months in, the results are already starting to show, and I’m genuinely very happy with how it’s turning out. The communication hasn’t stopped, the support is ongoing, and the results are heading in exactly the right direction. In short: professional, well-organised, supportive, and worth every penny. This review is coming after an year since I did the hair transplant on December 2024. Vera clinic changed my confidence level and you can see it from the photos. Experience was top notch from airport pickup to accommodation to the world class treatment and after care. Special mention to Sally Ersin and Dr.Kerim for their hospitality and support. I have already referred couple of friends and now they are on board to turkey. They waited to see how I look after an year. I am planning to visit the clinic again to get my crown area fixed. 6 months post FUE transplant to top (tonsure) area and front. Had approx 5000 grafts done. Went to Elithair on the recommendation of two friends from home (Ireland) who both had great results. Pick up from the airport and greeting at the clinic plus info provided there was superb. I was really unsure and nervous about having the procedure but the clinic were first class. Had Sally (interpreter) there to make sure I was satisfied with all the info and answer all my questions / concerns. She was really reassuring and did a great job. Accommodation was basic but exactly what you want with a hospital bed in situ making the first night sleeping slightly upright after the procedure as comfortable as you could ask for. Procedure itself was so professional and well organised. The guys performing the procedure were really efficient and made the experience feel much less nerve wracking than it might have been. Only painful part was the initial injections to numb everything and after that you don’t feel too much at all. I had a headache for a few days afterwards but a small price to pay for a result that I’m absolutely delighted with. Couldn’t recommend this clinic high enough. I am only 6 months after the transplant and they say it keeps improving up to 12 months for the front and up to 18 months for the tonsure area. I also take finasteride 2-3 times a week 1.25mg dose, use regaine foam twice daily and had some post operative PRP once a month for the first 6 months. Some before and after pics attached.

I had a hair transplant surgery three months ago in Cosmedica clinic. Everything was organised at high level including transfer from the airport and hotel stay during the procedure. My surgery was split in two days as more than 5000 grafts needed to be transplanted, with first day including blood test, consultation with doctor and major part of the surgery. Surgery went smooth and painless apart from anaesthesia part which only took around 10 minutes, I even managed to sleep for the most part of the surgery. After three months the results are already visible and astonishing even though I was told that I need to wait at least six months for the first good results.
