I arrived back home in the UK yesterday, and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin — from airport pickup to returning home, the entire experience was seamless. I didn’t have to spend a single penny on taxis or Ubers. The clinic provided drivers whenever needed, and that alone shows the level of service they offer. This is what premium care looks like. Communication via WhatsApp was absolutely spot on. Clear, efficient, and precise. They gave exact pickup times for:     •    Airport transfers     •    Surgery day     •    Bandage removal (day 2)     •    First wash (day 3) Each time, the driver was waiting in the hotel lobby exactly as promised. It honestly didn’t feel like “just” a transplant — it felt like a full, stress-free experience, almost like a holiday. The staff at the clinic were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It felt like one big family. I came with my dad on the morning of the procedure because it was my first time and naturally a bit daunting. They encouraged him to stay to help me feel comfortable, which meant a lot. Even better, during my 8-hour procedure, the clinic arranged transport for my dad back to the hotel so he didn’t have to wait around all day. That level of thoughtfulness says everything. The preparation process was extremely professional. The doctor discussed my full medical history, took photos (with consent), and even took blood samples to ensure everything was safe during the procedure. The owner herself drew my hairline and worked with me to agree on the final design — you’re fully involved, and nothing is rushed. The procedure itself went smoothly. My body did react to the anaesthetic, which can happen — everyone’s body is different. I felt nauseous during surgery, but as soon as I mentioned it, the surgeon acted quickly, professionally, and kindly to help me feel better. This was my first cosmetic procedure ever, so naturally I was nervous, but the team reassured me throughout. You are genuinely looked after from start to finish. A special shoutout to Siham (I hope I’ve spelled that right). She was incredibly supportive, welcoming, and reassuring she explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I left feeling calm and confident. She even provided me with a doctor’s note for work so I could recover properly — above and beyond service. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, organised, and professional. You can tell the staff are well-trained, knowledgeable, and take pride in what they do. After the transplant, all aftercare instructions were clearly explained and sent via email. Each medication was explained properly, and they even provided me with food after surgery because I felt weak and dehydrated (you’re not allowed to eat beforehand). The staff helped me get dressed, which genuinely made a difference given how tired I was. It felt safe, comforting — almost like being looked after at home, which is rare to find these days. A special shoutout to Sara who I’ve been messaging over WhatsApp she has been supporting me everyday too. My package included three nights’ accommodation, but I stayed an extra night. The clinic handled the change effortlessly and rescheduled my airport transfer without any stress. When you’re recovering from surgery, that peace of mind is priceless. I know it’s still early days, and results take time. Everyone’s hair and genetics are different, and outcomes can vary — but regardless of results, I wouldn’t take a single thing away from this clinic. One of the guys decided to go forward and one didn’t As far as my experience, it was great. From the time we landed to the time Sule dropped us off back at IST airport, they took great care of us. The drivers for transportation, the hotel (including great breakfasts every morning), the entire staff (Zehra was our translator and point person was particularly amazing), Ms Sule, anesthesia, etc was excellent. To say their operation is well organized does not do it justice. It was seemless and there are a LOT of moving parts. The service does not end when they drop you off at the airport. Their post op team is also very committed to make sure you are progressing well. I would highly recommend Sule to anyone thinking about doing this.
