I received a very pleasant welcome and received excellent support throughout the treatment. The treatment lasted about 8 hours, with a nice break in between to eat something and relax. The aftercare was also very customer-friendly and professional. They took their time; it certainly didn't feel rushed. Both from the Netherlands and on-site, I received excellent guidance and support throughout the entire process through the Dutch agency (Ozkan Erzurum, Erkan Kandemir, and Birnur). I do not recommend this clinic, as you can see from my photos. The scar won't go away; it's permanent. The clinic offered no solution to fix their mistake. I feel like they're operating on interns, and they don't care. They've ruined my life with this scar. Furthermore, the skin graft didn't work well. Go to a more professional clinic because this one is a slaughterhouse.
